P2584 Tactical Element Bridge - Tugboats. Pre-Qualification

Description

The Norwegian Defence Material Agency (NDMA) shall purchase tugboats to be used with the Norwegian Armed Forces Mabey Uniflote system. The procurement is part of Projekt 2584 - Tactical Element Bridge.The objective of this invitation to qualification is to secure qualified candidates demonstrating the ability and skills to meet the requirements. Only candidates found qualified and selected under the criteria stated will receive an Invitation to Tender (ITT).The contract will have a one-time purchase, and a CLS agreement in accordanse with FOSA § 6-1. NDMA shall require the candidates commitment to provide the security of supply of spare parts for the useful life of the tugboat etimated to be an additional period of (15) fifteen years from the last tugbot delivery.
