Haugesund kommune ønsker å inngå rammeavtale for solskjerming. Rammeavtalen skal omfatte utvendig og innvendig solskjerming på kommunale bygg og boliger i kommunen. Det vil i hovedsak være behov for utvendig solskjerming i form av screens med zip funksjon, men tilbyder må kunne levere andre typer solskjerming på forespørsel.
