Kommunene Berg, Lenvik, Torsken, og Tranøy skal slås sammen fra 01.01.2020 og danne nye Senja kommune (Senja kommune). Senja kommune vil få et areal på 1947 kvadratkilometer, ca. 15000 innbyggere og over 2200 ansatte. Senja kommune, heretter også kalt oppdragsgiver, innbyr til åpen anbudskonkurranse i forbindelse med kjøp av telefonitjenester.
