Sandefjord kommune ønsker å anskaffe rådgivergruppe for prosjektet bygging av fleksibel kulturarena - Blackbox. Rådgivergruppen skal bestå av ARK, RIE, RIV, RIaku, RIB og RIbr. Bygget skal plasseres nord for Hjertnes kulturhus, som et tilbygg til Hjertnes.
