Description
Kommunegården i Sandvika skal totalrehabiliteres. Arbeidet er delt i to entrepriser: en riveentreprise og en totalentreprise bygg. Denne kontrakten omfatter byggearbeidene. Bygget vil ferdigstilt bestå av ca 41 000 m2 BTA inkl parkering. Bygget er på totalt 7 etasjer. Tilbygg og påbygg utgjør ca 6000 m2 BTA. Ferdigstilt skal bygget inneha 1300 aktivitetsbaserte arbeidsplasser, og det skal tilfredsstille energiklasse A og BREEAM-NOR «Outstanding». Arbeidene planlegges kontrahert juni 2019, oppstart byggearbeider primo oktober 2019 og ferdigstillelse til juni 2021.
