Description
Anskaffelsen gjelder beredskapsavtale for montørberedskap knyttet sjøkabel og landkabel hovedsaklig for nettselskap. The REN Association has established storage facilities for high voltage submarine power cables and submarine cable accessories for contingency deployment in Norway. This Request for Quotation is for a framework agreement to furnish specialist crew and equipment for work onboard cable vessels or at onshore landing sites, for repairs and replacement of underground and submarine cable installations. Personnel must be licensed for and experienced in splicing and repairs of high voltage submarine and land power cables. All documents pertaining to this RFQ are in Norwegian and no translation will be provided by REN SKB. Furthermore, the repair crew foreman, and all other leading management positions must be fluent in the Norwegian language and familiar with relevant Norwegian regulations and procedures. All other crew members must be fluent in a Scandinavian language.
