Kvinnherad kommune innbyr med dette til å gi tilbod på: Ombygging av Aksen i sentrum av Husnes. Mellombygget (merka B) vil bli rive, og eit nytt tilbygg i 3 etasjar er planlagt. Hovud del merka C får innvendig total ombygging. På grunn av krav i Tek17 får vi også krav til nytt teknisk anlegg og nye isolasjonskrav. Dette fører også til at fasaden må isolerast utvendig, noko som igjen fører til at utvendig kledning må skiftast. Det skal sikrast tilkomst til nabotomt.
