RFI: Line 4 CHP plant

Description

Fortum is seeking a waste to energy plant which meets the environmental expectations of the future, including carbon capture (CC). The plant must be suitable for the waste mix of the future. The plant should be a combined heat and power (CHP) where electrical production is maximized. The scope and purpose of this RFI is for FOV to obtain more information in order to prepare for a possible procurement process for Line 4. FOV would like to determine: - choice of technology - maturity of carbon capture and storage solutions in the market place - available emissions control features in the market place - preferred compensation model - the level of cost (CAPEX and OPEX) for budget purposes - maintenance cycles and contents - location of plant - delivery and build time More information attached to the notice on Doffin.no.
