Oslo bussterminal - modernisering og oppgradering

Vaterland bussterminal AS ønsker å inngå totalentreprisekontrakt for modernisering og oppgradering av Oslo bussterminal. Galleri Oslo og Oslo bussterminal ble bygget ca 1990 og vil sannsynligvis være en av Oslos viktigste kollektivknutepunkt frem til ny bussterminal står ferdig over sporene på Oslo S henimot 2030. Bussterminalen trenger derfor en ansiktsløfting og bedre kundefasiliteter på et nivå som man forventer i 2018. Terminalen må være operativ gjennom hele byggeperioden, hvor det hensyntas både bussene, passasjerene og øvrige beboere/leietakere i Galleri Oslo. At terminalen skal være i operativ drift gjennom hele ombyggingsperioden vil sette store krav til totalentreprenøren.
