Description
Flytoget would like to develop its own IT operational model by establishing standardised services to the greatest possible degree on a cloud based platform, with a high degree of flexibility and availability, based on consumption costs. Where possible and expedient, the applications shall be delivered as services with contractual availability and a high degree of flexibility with a focus on security. The new operational model shall meet Flytoget´s current and future requirements for IT operational services and it shall include 1st line services for all relevant systems, independent of who delivers the application or platform.
