Description
Tønsberg kommune skal inngå et ubegrenset antall tjenestekonsesjonskontrakter med private leverandører av levering av tjenesten brukerstyrt personlig assistanse (BPA). Kommunen skal også tilby kommunale BPA-ordninger. Tønsberg kommune og Re kommune slås sammen til en ny kommune som skal hete Tønsberg kommune. Tjenestekonsesjonskontraktene vil gjelde for den nye kommunen fra 1.1.2020. Re kommune skal ha en opsjon på å kunne tiltre kontraktene i løpet av 2019. Kontraktens verdi anslås til kr 126 mill. Leverandører som får tildelt tjenestekonsesjon må være i stand til å starte BPA-oppdrag fra 1. februar 2019. Kontraktene vil løpe fram til 31. januar 2025.
