Det skal bygges en døgnhvileplass for tungtransport på Svinesundparken langs E6 i Halden kommune. Det skal etableres cirka 75 oppstillingsplasser for tunge biler. Hele plassen skal asfalteres og oppmerkes. Det skal dessuten bygges et serviceanlegg med toaletter og dusjer. Uteareal med sitteplasser mm skal opparbeides i nærheten av servicebygget.
