RIR IKS skal utvide sitt administrasjonsbygg med et tilbygg til eksisterende bygg. I tillegg skal eksisterende inngangsparti bygges om samt etablere ny uteplass mellom nytt og eksisterende bygg. Videre skal det anlegges ny parkeringsplass for ansatte øst for nytt tilbygg. Eksisterende brakker som er satt opp som midlertidig kontorer skal fjernes.
