Trøgstadheimen Bo- og Servicesenter skal oppgraderes med branntekniske installasjoner, nytt sprinkelanlegg, og oppgradering av brannalarmanlegg og ledesystem. I forbindelse med nytt sprinkelanlegg skal ny vannledning til bygget etableres. Det skal skiftes ut et større omfang av dører og vinduer, i tillegg skal det etableres enkelte nye innervegger.
